Mmm! As you take the first delicious bite, some of the chocolate chips come loose and fall to the floor. Whoops, you'll have to take care of that in a little bit. You take another bite of the donut, only to spill crumbs and more chocolate chips. Ay, qué estúpida... It seems a little odd that you would think that in Spanish, but you're growing increasingly distracted by the mess you're making.
Finally, you can't take it anymore and need to clean up. As you grab the broom, you notice the other cleaning supplies and realize it's been a while since the kitchen has been scrubbed. You slip on a pair of rubber gloves and get ready to work.
You're glad you wore a comfortable outfit today. Señor has really made a mess since the last time you were here. Is OK though, you like working with your hands. Ever since you come to this country, you feel so proud to be a strong Latina woman with her own cleaning business.
Is always nice to make a little extra money, though. You smile as you think of something else you can offer to clean for señor when he get home...
